Christmas Family Fun for All Ages – December 1-3, 2023

Proud to announce all events are free!

 

We are gathering together people of all ages, young and old, to help us ring in the holiday cheer with a special three-day Christmas community celebration called the “Hastings Jingle & Mingle”.  This annual event happens on the first weekend in December – with this year’s festivities being Friday, December 1st through Sunday, December 3rd.

 

Our fun-filled community event kicks off on Friday, December 1st, with a traditional Manger Lighting on the County Courthouse lawn.  From there, individuals can hop on the Holly Trolly, or take a fun carriage ride around downtown.  Saturday and Sunday will be filled with a full calendar of events from Santa’s Workshop, Christmas Parade, Santa Dash 5K run and so much more!!

Meet Santa’s reindeer at our special reindeer petting zoo on Sunday, December 3rd, from 11:00 – 3:00pm.  After your done, join in on our Candy Cane Hunt or enjoy our “It’s a Chili Winter” Chili Cookoff!
